Jennifer Pfenning

Jennifer Pfenning is an employer with Pfenning’s Organic Vegetables. She has been with the farm since 1993 and her days are committed to marketing local organic food to local businesses while managing the human relations of the business. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable agriculture, which inevitably includes the community of workers on the farm. Pfenning’s has participated in the SAWP program for eleven years and currently employs 20 percent of their labour force from Jamaica.
