Paris Beer is brewed, tapped, bottled, and labelled under one roof in the charming Wincey Mills building. This unique and historic building is in the heart of Paris and is now home to local vendors for shopping and dining experiences. Built in 1889, the original Wincey Mills made and distributed high-quality textiles. Restored and revitalized in 2014, the three-story building now functions as a bustling community hub.
