The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario presents Pecorino Toscano at Oretta

The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario (ICCO) is presenting a Pecorino Toscano tasting dinner at Oretta on Wednesday, January 22 at 6:30 p.m. Each course prepared by Chef Gabriele Di Marco will incorporate flavourful fresh and aged Pecorino Toscano with its delicate sweetness and underlying fruity aroma. Guests are invited to indulge in Carpacccio Di Vitello, Risotto Cadio E Pepe, Costola Di Manzo, Mousse Al Percorino, and various complementary wine pairings. Tickets are $130.00+HST.
