Dragan Brewing and Wine

The story of Dragan Brewing and Wine Company did not begin like other breweries or wineries.

One would think that an idea like this would sprout into existence as a product of a drinking session with friends, but instead theirs began with a bedtime story told by their founder to his 6-month-old son, Dragan.

The story soon became a vision of a company that would strive to be better and make a difference. Not just in their products but with theirr employees, customers, business partners, fellow breweries/wineries and the communities that they live in.

Smoky Bitters — The Crafty Bartender

As a wine sommelier, Mark Coster’s career is based on describing taste with words, from autolytic and vegetal, to buttery and jammy. But the best he ever received about his work may have been in reference to the cocktail bitters he comments. “It’s like making out with Tom Waits,” Josh Lindley, Coster’s friend, once said, referring to the American singer-songwriter’s signature deep voice and growl-like vocals. Coster, a former bartender, began making bitters for friends as gifts.
