• Noah Witenoff, above, is shown behind the scenes in a Montreal studio, preparing the food for a TV commercial, part of a national campaign.

• Bones, a series of three photographs, won photographer Andrew Grinton and stylist Noah Witenoff a silver in in the Graphics Photography Competiton 2018, New York.

• Witenoff enjoys sharing insider tips on Instagram weekly, including the key to keeping the octopus from sinking in the soup — submerge blocks of cut potato to prop up garnishes and key ingredients.
