All or Nothing Brewery makes cold hard coffee.

Inspired by countless early mornings spent at their brewhouse and distillery, brothers Jeff and Eric Dornan created Brewers Cold Hard Coffee, a ready-to-drink spiked coffee in a can.

Brewers Cold Hard Coffee has few ingredients — coffee that is cold-brewed for 72 hours, Toffee Hammer Moonshine, a smallbatch spirit made from Canadian barley malt and a touch of English toffee, for a touch of sweetness.

“Many people put shots of spirits into their coffee,” Eric Dornan says. “We just wanted to simplify that for our customers and provide them with a smooth, rich, enjoyable black cold brew coffee.”

The Dornans are behind All or Nothing Brewhouse in Oshawa. They acquired Trafalgar Artisanal Distillery and Trafalgar Ales and Meads Ltd. in 2016, allowing them to produce beer, meads and spirits all under the same roof. “We collectively had the [small- batch spirits] process down to a science, but the one large challenge for us was sourcing a coffee supplier that would meet our needs,” Dornan says.

Committed to using real coffee and no artificial flavours, the brothers spent 18 months meeting with wholesalers and farmers before finally settling on Arabica beans from Colombia. For the self-proclaimed coffee connoisseurs, that research was worth it for the perfect cup or can of coffee.
